is a young company that opened in 2022

Founders of the company – two auditors of the Republic of Kazakhstan with more than 40 years of experience in accounting and auditing.

We provide services in the fields of audit, accounting and tax support, HR and legal assistance, training, financial consulting, as well as the development of accounting and tax policies. The company operates not only in Almaty but throughout Kazakhstan.

Why “Gemba” In Japanese, “Gemba” means “the place where value is created for the client.” This term comes from Japanese Kaizen practices, where problem identification and solving take place directly at the workplace.

Company Partner

Head of the Audit Group. Over 20 years of experience in auditing, accounting, and taxation. Participated in numerous projects related to auditing financial and tax reporting of large businesses, including as a project leader.
